DESCRIPTION:

The bungalow residence of 1,356 sq. ft. is so secluded and private you wouldn’t even know it was there.  Entered through double gates with winding driveway, the bungalow eventually comes into view and is well positioned, commanding lovely views over the 2.3 acre site and surrounding countryside. There is oodles of parking under tarmacadam and there are front and rear mature lawns with trees and shrubs.  A beautiful beech hedge separates the front garden from the remainder of the lands and would prove ideal for anyone with horses, animals, market gardening and so on.  There is a detached garage too with light, power and plumbing.  The bungalow itself was built around 1984 and is very well maintained and presented.   The main entrance hall and corridor have nice timber flooring and lead to all the connecting rooms.  A spacious living room with feature fireplace offers lovely views over the front garden and surrounding countryside.  The kitchen / dining is located at the far end of the house where you have the option to park at the gable end and enter through the back door as many do in the countryside.  The kitchen / dining is very well equipped with floor and eye level units in shaker-style and there is a breakfast bar for more casual dining.  Off the kitchen is a utility room and shower room which is really handy for anyone working outside.  All the bedrooms are well proportioned with 2 doubles and 2 singles and the family bathroom is beautifully tiled having been recently upgraded.
